Vermont Cranberry Company is the state’s first and only commercial cranberry grower. Owners Bob and Betsy Lesnikoski can grow brilliant red and ultra-tart berries thanks to the ideal climate in East Fairfield and the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont.


Vermont Salumi

Vermont Salumi, founded by Peter Roscini Colman, produces fresh sausage and cured pork products in the Green Mountains using traditional Italian methods. Peter grew up on Cate Farm, a pioneer of Vermont's organic movement, and from there has carried the importance of premium quality and craftsmanship.


Vermont Tortilla Company

Vermont Tortilla Company started out of a love of fresh tortillas from the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. April and Azur Moulaert, realizing that there were few producers of corn tortillas in the U.S. and even fewer that use locally produced corn, dove right into the production process.


Villa Villekulla

Villa Villekulla Farm takes its name and inspiration from the ramshackle home of the original flame-haired independent spirit, Pippi Longstocking. As such, it is a one-woman operation founded by Lauren Gitlin and her retinue of ruminant colleagues that seeks to embody playfulness, whimsy and superhuman strength in crafting wildly delicious goatmilk based dairy products.

Warner Farm is proud to be one of the oldest and longest-running family farms in New England.  Ten generations of Warners have farmed in Sunderland since the early 1700s. Father and son, Mike and David Wissemann continue that legacy by sustainably growing a wide range of crops fertile river valley soil.


Wellspring Harvest

Springfield, MA

Wellspring Harvest delivers fresh, high quality local lettuce varieties year-round to commercial and institutional customers in the Pioneer Valley and Northern Connecticut. Their greenhouse is located in the Indian Orchard neighborhood of Springfield and is the largest urban greenhouse in Massachusetts. As part of the Wellspring family of cooperative businesses, the greenhouse provides jobs with on-the-job training and ownership opportunities for low income city residents.

Wilson Herb Farm is an organic herb farm and small-batch apothecary started by the husband and wife team, Brenden and Lindsay Beer. Focused on maintaining the highest quality standards of herbal medicine, they hand harvest, dry, and process with the intention to ensure that each small batch achieves its greatest healing potential.


Winter Moon Roots

Winter Moon Roots is a root vegetable farm focused on minimizing its carbon footprint and maximizing flavor. The farm’s storage facility uses the night air and minimal electricity to keep cool. A huge solar panel array provides 100% of their electricity. Originally founded by Michael Docter, the farm is now owned by long-time manager Rosendo Santizo.

Yesfolk is a family-run brewery producing fermented kombucha tonics and vinegars in the Hudson Valley of New York. All fermented tonics are produced in oak vessels, using the highest quality single-sourced ingredients.
