Andy Paonessa grows many crops for the local farmers markets, including shelling peas, snow peas, brussel sprouts, garlic, onions, and potatoes. Andy collects sap in buckets (the old-fashioned way) from the surrounding maple trees in South Albany, and boils and bottles his own maple syrup.
